You pay for the AI matching service. Submit a query, and our engine analyzes your situation, identifies the right domains, and returns a ranked panel of expert recommendations. That's what your plan covers.

The actual expert consultation is arranged separately. You choose which expert to contact, and any fees are between you and the professional. We never mark up or take a cut from consultations.

What counts as one query?

Each time you submit a question and receive an expert recommendation panel, that counts as one query. Follow up questions on the same topic count as separate queries.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. No lock in, no cancellation fees.

Do I pay for the expert consultation separately?

Yes. FirstAdvice connects you with the right expert. The actual consultation is arranged and billed separately by the expert or firm. Our pricing covers the AI powered matching and recommendation service.

Is the free tier actually free?

Completely. No credit card required. You get 5 queries per month with full AI analysis, domain matching, and expert recommendations.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and UPI. Enterprise plans can be invoiced with NET 30 terms.
